Bank tellers receive and pay out money, keeping records of all financial transactions.

They balance money and checks in cash drawers at the end of shifts and add up daily transactions. Tellers check bank vaults to make sure cash amounts are correct. They use computers, calculators, and adding machines throughout the workday.
