Exercise trainers and group trainers and group fitness instructors teach or coach groups or individuals in exercise activities to improve or maintain physical fitness.
These professionals plan routines ahead of time, selecting movements that target different muscles. Then during class, they demonstrate how to do these exercises. They also observe participants, make suggestions for improvement, or adjust routines to match with different abilities or fitness levels.
